At Imagine, we are able to customise most of our designs to meet your needs, so if you see anything you like but it's not QUITE right, please contact us and we will discuss ways in which we can make the design better suit your needs.

I LIKE YOUR WEDDING STATIONERY DESIGNS BUT THERES NOT ONE THAT MATCHES MY THEME

During quieter times of the year , we are able to offer a bespoke design service, so if you like our style but don't see exactly what you want, please get in contact and we will work with you to produce something uniquely for you. Please give us PLENTY of time!!!!!

It's impossible to provide everything for everybody but we do our best!
If you are looking for something specific, but cannot see it on our site, then please contact us and we will do our best to help you source what you are looking for!

I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE DESIGN BEFORE I ORDER IT

The best way to ensure that the design you are interested in is "The One" is to order a sample. Samples are charged at £3 each.
Samples also give you a good opportunity to see the quality and finish of the designs and also view alternative colour swatches.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We can accept the following payment methods:
- Cheque made payable to Imagine
_ Credit or Debit card payment made via Paypal (to imaginecards@tiscali.co.uk)
- Cash either hand delivered or sent registered post
- Credit or debit card payments via the telephone
- Credit or debit card payments via the website

WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS?

We have a minimum order requirement of 20 for invitations and other items of stationery.

WHERE CAN I GET HELP WITH THE WORDING?

If you want some wording and font idea's, you can click on the links above.

As soon as you place an order with us, we will also send you information that will assist you in choosing the wording. You can also contact us using any of the given methods to discuss any specific areas where you are facing problems!

DO I GET TO CHOOSE MY FONT?

We usually pre-select a font that we feel best suits the style of your invitation. However, we will not proceed with printing until you have given the final go-ahead. So if you are not happy with our choice, it can easily be changed to meet your needs.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I ORDER?

We would recommend you ordering 10% more invitations that you need. This will allow you to add additional guests as space allows.
We cannot always turn around orders for additional items quickly (i.e. within a week or two) so it is useful if you have those extra items on hand.

WHEN DO YOU NEED THE WORDING?

Once you have placed an order with us, you will be contacted by our designer (design@imaginewedding.co.uk). He will e-mail you some examples of wording and font and will then work with you to ensure that the wording is correct and that you are happy with everything before we commence printing.
