I LIKE ONE OF YOUR INVITATION DESIGNS BUT ITS NOT THE RIGHT COLOUR
At Imagine, we are able to customise most of our designs to meet your needs, so if you see anything you like but it's not QUITE right, please contact us and we will discuss ways in which we can make the design better suit your needs.
I LIKE YOUR WEDDING STATIONERY DESIGNS BUT THERES NOT ONE THAT MATCHES MY THEME
We can be extremely flexible at Imagine so you can change the colour of the card, the embellishment, the patterned paper and even the style of pocket and size to fit with your requirements.
We find chosing a design as a starting point is a good place to start and working around it to create something unique for you and your wedding.
THERE IS A PRODUCT I WOULD LIKE BUT YOU DON'T SELL IT
In order to keep our invitations at a high standard, we have put our focus on Invitations and Table plans. However, if you would like a product that we do not sell, we can either provide you with the stock so you can make your own or refer you other wedding stationers that are happy to make products to fit around our designs. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE DESIGN BEFORE I ORDER IT
The best way to ensure that the design you are interested in is "The One" is to order a sample. Samples are charged at around £3 each.
Samples also give you a good opportunity to see the quality and finish of the designs and also view alternative colour swatches.
However, we do not produce bespoke samples so if you would like to make changes, we suggest ordering a standard sample and requesting colour samples, embellishments and papers to get a good idea of what your finished product will look like.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We can accept the following payment methods:
- Credit or Debit card payment made via Paypal (email@example.com)
- Credit or debit card payments via the telephone
- Credit or debit card payments via the website
- Payment made directly to our bank account BACS
WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS?
We have a minimum order requirement of 20 for invitations and other items of stationery.
WHERE CAN I GET HELP WITH THE WORDING?

As soon as you place an order with us, we will also send you information that will assist you in choosing the wording. You can also contact us using any of the given methods to discuss any specific areas where you are facing problems!
DO I GET TO CHOOSE MY FONT?
We usually pre-select a font that we feel best suits the style of your invitation. However, we will not proceed with printing until you have given the final go-ahead. So if you are not happy with our choice, it can easily be changed to meet your needs.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I ORDER?
We would recommend you ordering 10% more invitations that you need. This
will allow you to add additional guests as space allows.
So many of our customers come back for more invitations that we have now introduced a 20% charge on any further invitations needed.
We cannot always turn around orders for additional items quickly (i.e. within a week or two) so it is useful if you have those extra items on hand.
WHEN DO YOU NEED THE WORDING?
Once you have placed an order with us, you will be contacted by our designer (firstname.lastname@example.org). He will e-mail you some examples of wording and font and will then work with you to ensure that the wording is correct and that you are happy with everything before we commence printing.
