SAMPLES

You can order samples of our wedding invitations. This will give you
an excellent opportunity to view the quality for yourself.

To order a sample, click the link at the bottom of the price list. Unfortunately,
we do not make samples to your specific requirements. However, we are happy to
send you colour swatches - just add a note in the special requirements box when ordering. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for sample delivery.

PRICES

When you see an invitation you like, click on the image and it will bring up details of the prices. If you would like to customise any of the invitations, please contact us to discuss how this will affect the price. (changes of colour will not incur an additional charge)

ORDERING

To order invitations:

You are able to order your wedding invitations over the telephone or directly via the internet. If you would like to place an order directly through the website, follow the links provided. Please list any special requirements in the box provided to ensure that they are not overlooked!

You will not be asked for your wording at the time you place the order. This will all be dealt with shortly after your order has been placed.

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT FOR INVITATIONS IS 20.

To order Stationery for your wedding day:

In the same way you order invitations you can order stationery for your wedding day via the website or by contacting us directly on the telephone. However, we have limited availability for wedding day stationery - please contact us before you order to ensure we have your wedding day available. Book early to avoid disappointment!

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

Once you have placed your order on the website (or over the telephone), you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Within 24 hours of placing the order, you will also be contacted by Kim (design@imaginewedding.co.uk) who will provide some wording examples, our terms and conditions, and also some fonts for you to choose from. He will also ask you to e-mail through all the necessary information.

Kim will work with you to ensure that the proofs for your invitations or other stationery are completed to your satisfaction. You will receive a PDF proof for each item and have the opportunity to make any necessary changes prior to printing.

Once the proofs have been approved, work will shortly commence on production.

Please note that proofs are not provided on any of the following:
Guest Names & Addresses,
Placecards,
Table Plan.
Table Name Cards
Therefore, it is essential that you thoroughly check the spelling and format of these items before you e-mail them through to us.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Our turn-around time for invitations is approximately 6 - 8 weeks.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I ORDER?

When ordering invitations we strongly recommend you order at least 10% extra, particularly for larger weddings. If you do require more invitations there will be an extra 20% charge or you can order the minimum amount of 20 (of which there will be no charge for).

When ordering stationery for the day we do allow some leeway up to 4 weeks before the wedding day as numbers quite often change.

HOW CAN I PAY

You can pay by the following methods:
- Cheque made payable to IMAGINE
- Paypal (to enquiries@imaginewedding.co.uk), this method allows you to make online credit card payments.
- Debit or credit card via telephone
- Directly through the website when placing the order
